Sixth Form Open Evening

On Wednesday 12th November we hosted our annual Sixth Form Open Evening where we were delighted to welcome our current Year 11 students, their parents and guardians, as well as a large number of external students.

The evening was extremely well attended with standing room only for the first Headteacher and Head of Sixth Form presentation. Subject stalls were displayed throughout our sixth form building with subject teachers and student volunteers promoting the exciting and varied courses we offer at A Level and BTEC.

Mr Sills, Head of Sixth Form, commented that ‘our sixth form is a thriving, happy community, with academic excellence at its core. It was fantastic to see such a buzz throughout our sixth form building at Open Evening, and our student volunteers in particular did themselves and our school very proud.’ Applications are now open for September 2026 entry, and we warmly welcome applications from our own Year 11 cohort as well as students from other local schools.
