BIMA Digital Day

On Wednesday 12th November 2025, our Year 10 computer science students took part in BIMA Digital Day, a national event designed to introduce young people to the world of digital, creative, and technology-based careers.

The day was organised and delivered by Mrs Poddar, who guided students through exciting digital challenges inspired by real industry briefs from Aston Martin and HelloFresh. Working in teams, students developed innovative solutions, showcasing creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

We are delighted to share that students had a fantastic day, fully immersing themselves in the activities and gaining valuable insight into the fast-growing digital sector.

HelloFresh challenge winners: Amy W, Elise H, Ellie F and Zaynab D.

Aston Martin challenge winners: Nandan C, Daniel B, Matthew F and Nicodem D.

Nicodem, 10C, said: "I had a great day working on something different” It was a fantastic feeling when our team won. I hope we can win the nationals too."
