Key Stage 4 results day, Thursday 12th August 2021

Students at Ruislip High School have celebrated their GCSE and Level 2 vocational results today. Following a rigorous process to determine students’ teacher assessed grades (TAGs), school staff were delighted to see the hard work of students, supported by their families, celebrated as students opened their results. All school staff would like to congratulate students for their achievements and for the incredible resilience they have shown during the pandemic. The majority of Year 11 students are returning to Ruislip High School’s Sixth Form in September 2021 and we are looking forward to seeing them in the new state-of-the-art Sixth Form centre next year.

Adon Tomas, attained nine 9 grades

I am surprised and happy with my results; it’s proof of what  can happen when you persevere and stay focused. I cannot wait to study mathematics, politics and sociology at Ruislip High School Sixth Form in September. I would like to thank all of my teachers, but in particular Ms Lucas, as she was a huge support in Latin and helped me whenever I needed anything.

Rebecca Hodgen, attained five 9 grades, four 8 grades, two 7 grades and one 6 grade

It hasn’t quite sunk in yet, but I am thrilled with my results! They have helped me to study the A Levels I want to next year: Maths, Physics and Sociology, which I hope will help me move on to study anthropology or linguistics at university. I would really like to thank Mr Gould for inspiring me to love physics and to say to all of the staff - thank you for all of your support.

Angelina Ubhi, attained seven 9 and two 8 grades

I am very pleased with my results; all the hard work was worth it! I would like to thank all of my teachers for their dedication, but I would like to thank my Head of Year, Mr Askin, for always going the extra mile with us all.
